This policy covers every browser extension we publish — tools that help you collect, view, and export data from web pages you visit, for your own use. It explains exactly what information the extensions handle, what leaves your device, and what never does.

1. Information we collect
The extensions collect the minimum information needed to run a free trial and validate paid licenses:
- Google account identifier. With your browser's permission, the extension reads the email address and account ID of the Chrome profile you are signed into. This is used solely as your license identity, so your purchase works without creating a separate account.
- Device identifier. On installation, the extension generates a random identifier (a UUID) and stores it in your browser. If you are not signed into Chrome, this ID is used instead of your account to track the free-trial period and license status.
- License key. If you purchase a license, the key you enter is sent to our license server to be verified and linked to your account or device.
- Local settings and status. Preferences you set in the popup, trial start time, and license state are stored locally in your browser's extension storage.
We do not collect your name, address, phone number, passwords, or the contents of your Google account.
2. Data the extensions collect from web pages
Each extension's purpose is to read information that is already visible to you on a web page you have open — for example product listings, prices, job posts, or reviews — and organize it so you can copy or export it.
- Page data is extracted only when you click the collect/run button, and only from the active tab on the supported website.
- All extraction and processing happens locally, inside your browser.
- Results are shown to you in the popup and saved to a file (such as CSV) only when you choose to export. The file is saved by your browser to your device.
- Collected page data is never transmitted to us or to any third party by the extension.
3. How we use information
- To provide the free trial and to activate, validate, and restore paid licenses.
- To prevent abuse of the trial and licensing system.
- To respond when you contact us for support.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or analytics beyond basic license records, and we never sell or rent it.
4. Where data is stored and for how long
- On your device: settings, trial timestamps, license state, the device identifier, and any data you collect from pages live in your browser's local extension storage. Removing the extension deletes this local data.
- On our license server: your account/device identifier, license key status, and trial registration are kept for as long as needed to honor your license, and are deleted upon a verified deletion request (see Your choices).
5. Third parties
- Google (Chrome identity). The extension asks Chrome for your signed-in account email; this request is handled by your browser under Google's own policies.
- Payment processor (Polar). Purchases are completed on our payment provider's checkout pages. They process your payment details under their own privacy policy; we receive confirmation of the purchase and the license it grants, not your card information.
- License server. Our licensing API receives only the items listed in Section 1.
We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.
6. Why the extensions request their permissions
activeTab&scripting— to read the page you are viewing when you click the collect button. The extension cannot read other tabs or run in the background on pages you visit.storage— to save your settings, trial state, and results locally.identity/identity.email— to identify your license without requiring a separate account.- Host permission for the supported website — each extension only requests access to the specific site it is built for (plus our license server), not to the whole web.
7. Your choices and data deletion
- Use without signing in. If you are not signed into Chrome, the extension falls back to the anonymous device identifier.
- Delete local data. Uninstalling an extension removes everything it stored in your browser.
- Delete server records. Email us from the address associated with your license and we will delete your license records within 30 days, subject to records we must keep for completed purchases.
8. Children's privacy
Our extensions are tools for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be noted in the extension listings.
